What does it cost to use Gogotoyou?

Gogotoyou is free to use. Anyone can sign up for free. You just simply pay for your food and the delivery fees.

Are the prices on Gogotoyou website the same price found in restaurants?

Yes. Our prices are the same prices you see in the restaurant menus.

Is the food delivered? Can I pick up my order?

Yes and yes. You have the preference to set up your order for delivery or take out when you fill out your order. You will be notified within 10 minutes with a confirmation text.

What if I can’t find the restaurant I want to order from?

Once Gogotoyou and restaurants have a contract, you will be able to place orders from that restaurant. If you would like to suggest a restaurant please let us know. We would love to make your favorite restaurants available.

When does the credit card payment occur?

Payments go through once the order is placed.

Does GoGotoYou offer safe and secure payment systems?

Yes. We automatically protect your information to ensure your transactions are always safe.

How do I place an order?

Choose a restaurant of your choice and browse their menu. Select the food of your choice and it will be added to your cart. After all food is selected, simply fill out your information and check out.

How long does it take for delivery?

It can take 30 minutes to an hour from order to delivery completion depending on the type of food and time of the order placed. Orders placed during peak hours such as lunch or dinner may experience more delays.

Can we place an order in advance?

Currently, Gogotoyou can accommodate orders made on the same day for a specific time. We are looking to add catering options in the near future and will be able to accept orders in advance.

Can we cancel or change our orders?

Yes. You can cancel or change your orders 2 hours before the requested delivery times. Please contact us or make changes online directly. There is no guarantee beyond the cut off time so please take note of the cut off time.

Is there a fee for cancellations or changing orders?

No. If the cancellation or changes are made within the allotted time, there will be no fee.

Can I request special order preparations?

Yes. Please fill out the special order request form at the bottom when you place an order.

Is it required to tip the delivery person?

It is recommended to tip the delivery person. Delivery personnel’s income depends on tips. You can also include tip when you place an order.
