Service Overview Members who have subscribed to the service are provided with delivery services without any charge. According to the agreement, both new and existing members can join and withdraw from the ‘GoGo Prime’ service. Membership registration, withdrawal, and refund policies are defined as follows.
Registration of Membership
- Method : You can sign up for membership service through GoGoToYou's Application and Web.
- Period : Up to 1 year in 6-month increments.
- Membership fee : 6 months term agreement- $59, 12 Months term agreement- $95. However, the fee may be changed due to the company’s circumstances. Cancelling of Membership
- Method : You can unsubscribe from GoGoToYou Application and Web. You can withdraw at any time according to your will.
- Refund : If you cancel your membership, your credited balance will be refunded, calculated on a pro-rata basis from the day after cancelation. However, upon the request of the member, the refund could be made through bank transfer.
