“GoGo Prime Service”
Service Overview
Members who have subscribed to the service are provided with delivery services without any charge. According to the agreement, both new and existing members can join and withdraw from the ‘GoGo Prime’ service. Membership registration, withdrawal, and refund policies are defined as follows.
Registration of Membership
- Method
You can sign up for membership service through GoGoToYou's Application and Web.
- Period
Up to 1 year in 6-month increments.
- Membership fee
1 month: $12.99, 6 months: $69, 12 months: $95. However, it is subject to change depending on our circumstances.
Cancelling of Membership
- Method You can unsubscribe from GoGoToYou Application and Web. You can withdraw at any time according to your will.
- Refund
If you cancel your membership, your credited balance will be refunded, calculated on a pro-rata basis from the day after cancelation. However, upon the request of the member, the refund could be made through bank transfer.
Additional Services
- Members who have registered for this service are provided with additional services in addition to the basic free delivery service.
- As for additional services, free special events set by the company and various benefits (coupon/food price discount/use of benefits at the same time, etc.) are provided.
- In addition to providing the above services, Prime Annual Members can also receive Prime discounted purchasing benefits when purchasing products on GoGoToYou Mall. (Effective 7/28/2023)
