About Gogotoyou

What does it cost to use Gogotoyou?

Gogotoyou is free to use. Anyone can sign up for free. All you have to pay for is the food and delivery fees.

Are the prices on the app the same as the prices if purchased directly from the restaurant?

Yes. Our prices are the same prices you would find in the restaurant menus.

Is the food delivered? Can I pick up my order?

Yes and yes. You have the option to set up your order for delivery or take out when ordering. You will receive a notification 10 minutes before your food is ready.

What if I can’t find the restaurant I want to order from?

Once Gogotoyou and a restaurant have a contract, you will be able to place orders from that restaurant. If you would like to suggest a restaurant, please let us know. We would love to make your favorite restaurants available.

When does the credit card payment occur?

Payments go through once the order is placed.

Does Gogotoyou offer safe and secure payment systems?

Yes. We automatically protect your information to ensure your transactions are always safe.


How do I place an order?

Choose a restaurant and browse their menu. Select what you would like to order, and it will be added to your cart. After you are done, simply fill out your information and check out.

How long does it take for delivery?

It can take 30 minutes to an hour from order to delivery completion depending on the type of food ordered and the time the order is placed. Orders placed during peak hours such as lunch or dinner may experience more delay.

Can I place an order in advance?

Currently, Gogotoyou can accommodate orders made on the same day for a specific time. We are looking to add catering options in the near future at which point we will be able to accept orders further in advance.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes. You can cancel or change your order 2 hours before the requested delivery time. Please contact us or make changes online directly. There is no guarantee beyond the cut off time, so please cancel or change orders promptly.

Is there a fee for cancellations or changing orders?

No. If the cancellation or changes are made within the allotted time, there will be no fee.

Can I request special order preparations?

Yes. Please fill out the special order request form at the bottom of the checkout screen when you place an order.

Is tipping the delivery person required?

We highly recommend tipping your delivery person. A delivery person’s income is highly dependent on tips. You can include a tip when you place your order or upon delivery of your order.
